OKA stand at ORGATEC

Oka exhibition stand

The idea here was to reveal the creative process and the design philosophy of the OKA company, from the initial stage to the final production of finished furniture. The stand concept is based on a semi-transparent façade of printed mesh. Wooden laths and text lines defining key values randomly spread across the façade, representing the creative state of mind of the people who work at OKA. The main entrance is a metaphor for the curvature of thought – the most important moment in the creative process when all ideas are sparked – which results in the brilliantly designed OKA furniture featured inside the stand.
