Surgical robot

Dexconic is a single-port surgical robot that integrates high-refractive, flexible robotic surgery instruments and fluorescent endoscopy-based imaging technology for transoral surgery in otolaryngology. We aimed and approached design to provide a more stable surgical environment to patients and users through analysis of the current surgical environment and usability. The main robot system is designed with two separate parts so that the robot, foldable robot arms, and monitor require only a small space only in the operating room. Also, it is designed to optimize surgeons' hand-eye alignment for comfortable operation.
