iF DESIGN AWARD NIGHT 2025
A night full of glamour, joy and the best people in design: The iF DESIGN AWARD NIGHT on 28 April 2025 in the Friedrichstadt-Palast in Berlin is the highlight of the award season. On the largest theater stage in the world, the gold winners will accept their award trophy on behalf of all winners. Uwe Cremering, CEO iF Design: "We want every winner and guest of the iF Gala to feel special and glamorous!"
After the big party, there is even more to come: On the following day, on 29 April, the iF Design Trend Conference will take place under the motto "The new Complexity of Simplicity in Design" at AXICA next to the Brandenburg Gate.
Dieter Rams receives Lifetime Achievement Award

A special highlight last year: design icon Dieter Rams received the first iF Design Lifetime Achievement Award!
His work has inspired countless industrial designers, including Apple's former design guru, pioneer and influencer of today's smartphone design - British designer Jonathan Ive. In addition, Rams' Ten Principles of Good Design continue to guide the work of many people today. Numerous of his legendary Braun products have won the iF DESIGN AWARD over the years.
The award was presented by iF Design CEO Uwe Cremering; the laudatory speech was given by Prof. Fritz Frenkler, Vice Chairman of the iF Design Foundation.
