Flender ONE is a family of innovative industrial gearboxes used to transmit high speeds in pump and paper applications. A ribbed, distinctive industrial design dissipates thermal energy generated in operation to save valuable resources. No additional equipment for cooling is required — or, if at all, at a far later stage. Gearbox efficiency was able to be significantly increased and the power loss reduced by up to 50 percent over the previous model. At the same time, the amount of materials and lubricants was also reduced. This increased efficiency has a significant positive impact on operating costs and sustainability.
