The Galaxy A series is an entry-level line, which means the price-performance ratio is most important. In designing the A series, we focused on essence and removed all unnecessary elements. The result is an emotional and minimal design, sharing a design language with the previous A series but with innovative differentiation. As the new A series has a waterproof function and an advanced camera, not usual for an entry-level line, we needed fresh ideas to lower production cost. For example, the hybrid design combining CNC machining and an efficient injection method increases waterproofing performance and quality of parts while reducing the cost
