Preparation error caused by a pharmaceutical package with similar color, letter, and shape. Preparation errors result in an increase in the workload involved. The biggest problem with this can be a serious blow to both patients and hospitals due to incorrect medication. After analyzing the current situation considering the users of the product, we have established a system to find problems and solve them. Through this system, we have developed both new packages and icon designs that provide solutions. This reduces the rise in social costs and simultaneously pursues patient trust and health in preparation.
