The HAIPICK A42-FW Flex-width ACR is an autonomous case-handling robot designed to boost storage capacity. The design was inspired by the idea that a robot can handle cartons or totes of different sizes. The HAIPICK A42-FW can elevate storage capacity tremendously with the flexible-width fork design. The robot can dynamically adjust storage locations according to the size of the contents it identifies with the fork. The process translates to at least 20% more available storage locations. The design of a fast-removable charging unit means that the battery can be swapped out in 10 seconds, which is very beneficial for e-commerce order fulfillment in peak season.
