Exhibition materials

From 2019 to 2020, The Korean Culture Box was exhibited in seven countries across the world. The design of the learning material kits was inspired by jogakbo, the traditional Korean patchwork wrapping cloth. The kit design features unique, irregular shapes and lines. The packaging of the learning material kits has the shape of a jogakbo. The fabrics use colors that symbolize the country where the exhibition is being held. Decorated with a bow-knot similar to otgoreum (a tie band that fastens a traditional Korean upper garment), the packaging can be reused as a bag once the bow-knot is untied.
