LINE Seed Sans

Font Development

The name Seed means that it will be firmly planted in LINE's service and grow together with the users, just like how a seed sprouts and eventually bears fruit. Since LINE operates various global businesses in different fields, the goal was to deliver a unified voice. As such, the font was created in five languages: English, Korean, Japanese, Taiwanese, and Thai, all to deliver the consistent voice of LINE. Based on LINE's service purpose of being close and friendly to users anytime, anywhere, LINE Seed Sans is a gothic-type font designed with simplicity in mind so that anyone can access it with familiarity in various places.
