Sales Brochure

This brochure was planned to promote and provide a detailed guidance on the high-class residential complex, The H-58 that a construction contractor, Willowriver, is constructing nearby Cheongpyeong Lake. The brochure strived to convey the premium benefits felt in The H-58 visually and through the sense of touch. Customers can feel the texture of stones and trees through the texture of the sleeve and the cover page, and can feel the the luxurious aesthetics through the harmony of the black/gold color and the elegant French folding method. It aimed to embody the feeling of being one with nature that is pursued by the brand, in itself.
