So, the main problem Tenpo solves is giving the chance to these people to feel included.The main product is a financial inclusive account that is free and digital for all. Breaking the paradigms that exist in traditional banking is difficult to use and understand. UX Team has worked in the improvement of different products focused on usability and findability for the users and part of our project is to help people to have a healthier financial life through education.
