Ricardo Gomes

Ricardo Gomes is a design professor at San Francisco State University, coordinating the Design Center for Global Needs/Shapira Design Archive too. He was a Fulbright Research Scholar in Kenya; and Program Coordinator of Design Projects in Developing Countries, ENSCI Les Ateliers, Paris. Ricardo is a regular keynote speaker at symposiums, workshops and is part of scholarly juries and international conferences in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the U.S. He also received the Service Learning Faculty Award for Excellence plus the IDSA Education Award.
