Anti-Glare Parametric Facade

Light Pollution of Circulation DecompositionSystem

This project is designed to counteract the urban heat island effect by installing an intelligent façade that controls both the amount of light that enters the building and the amount reflected into the surrounding environment. Adjustment of the indoor temperature leads to lower consumption of energy for cooling while the glare-free façade curtain reduces light and heat pollution in the urban environment. This is a smart structural solution that contributes to the development of future-proof sustainable cities.

JURY STATEMENT

"By regulating light influx and reflectivity, this intelligent facade contributes to more efficient building energy management and mitigates the urban heat island effect."

WINNER STATEMENT

First of all, I am honored to be praised by the judges, which is a great encouragement for me as a student. Hoping that it will help to propose more innovative solutions to environmental problems.
