This is a pop-up store that delivers the Blue Bottle Coffee brand experience. Unlike a cafe , this must be able to experience the brand philosophy of "minimalism" and "warmth" in a limited space and budget, as well as under conditions where it can be moved around and used over and over. The challenge was to open a sustainable space that was not a scrap-and-build project. The store is made up of tables using recycled cork (from Tokyo), paper panel tables that can be easily assembled to greatly reduce the amount of transportation, and stacking tables that can be used as shipping containers. New brand expression, because it is temporary.
