Caravelle III

Armchair

The 'Caravelle III' armchair features a different, yet refreshing design inspired on the sails of Portuguese caravels that sailed the world in antiquity. The design is simple and honest reminding an 'origami' with an ideal ergonomical proportion and comfort for the user. Ecological awareness was also highlighted in this project, by using recycled materials from various sources, in particular recycled fabrics from plastic waste existing in the oceans, along with other eco-friendly materials such as wool and flax. It is available in various combinations of colours along with wooden or metalic legs.
