Versatile appliance redefining kitchen space

Uno is a compact multifunctional kitchen appliance that combines microwave, induction, and grill cooking to address space and time constraints in urban environments. Its innovative induction-based grill system uses magnetic cast-iron plates for direct cooking and dual-sided grilling, eliminating the need for extra cookware. Developed through market research and collaboration, Uno optimizes electric efficiency and offers a resilient kitchen solution for urban living.

JURY STATEMENT

This has the potential to be a category-defining product. The way it's presented is great, and having that multi-utility, multi-use is definitely something that's needed in many kitchens, especially in deprived communities and households. Well done!

WINNER STATEMENT

We are truly honored to receive this important recognition. We would like to sincerely thank our supervisors, Biagio Cisotti and Gabriel Tonini, for contributing to the early stages of the project, and Michele Mattana for supporting the project afterwards.
