Event Identity for Urban Development
This project develops the corporate identity for the 2029 State Garden Show in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, using design as a strategic tool for urban development. It creates a flexible system that connects people and places, highlighted by the "blue line" along the Spoykanal, which guides visitors and links the event to its urban context. A publication illustrates this system by connecting design topics with the event and urban environments.
Presenting the surroundings in an intuitive and creatively playful manner not only provides comfort to visitors but also enhances the city's appeal. This approach allows people to engage with experiences that leave a lasting visual impression, even beyond their fleeting duration.
WINNER STATEMENTThe news that I am one of this year’s winners reached me exactly where this project continues to grow every day: in the office, working on the visual identity of Landesgartenschau Kleve. The moment felt truly incredible and motivates me even more to keep shaping it with passion.
