Office renovation

Aiba Construction is a community-based construction company located in the suburbs of Tokyo. Prior to the renovation, the company building was a 24-year-old used building that was not a very flattering environment, and was just a physical place to conduct business. In this renovation project, we aimed to create an environment where employees can enjoy themselves and work while living, as a construction company that creates lifestyles. Before the renovation, we held an in-house workshop to consider how to renovate our feelings along with the renovation plan, and came up with a plan to help us face the new environment.
