Waste incineration plant

This is an unprecedented, groundbreaking facility that creates a base for urban development based on waste (environment) in conjunction with the rebuilding of the old facility and to create a place where the entire area can work together. The location in the middle of an urban (residential) area and across the city hall made it essential to build consensus among the residents of the surrounding area. The project was not limited to a building program as a mere cleaning plant, but rather, a new form of public building development that provides a place for exchange, relaxation, study, entertainment, and creativity.
