Universal Compliance Training for Hospitals
Online compliance training
This web-based training is designed to instruct about 32,000 employees spread over 50 hospitals and showing a high diversity in cognitive abilities, language skills and professions, on difficult compliance matters. While other trainings are expensive, bulky and achieve low attendance levels, we have reached around 80% within 12 weeks. Thanks to universal design, cumbersome content has been reduced and organized into motivating learning modules and a job-relevant test module – all separately accessible on the user’s preferred device. Beyond, overall communication was enhanced with touchpoints and implemented in three waves.
