Fully integrated modular plasma workstation

Fully integrated modular plasma unit for finishing metal and plastic surfaces. The atmospheric-pressure plasma process is used to pretreat surfaces for the nanoscale coating of parts having complex 3D geometries. On a minimum floor plan the installation has integrated within it a high voltage generator, a PlasmaPlus gas and precursor supply system, control modules and linear manipulators. Its design has created a precision built unit which affords an impressive external manifestation of the innovative process technology within. Here the hood alone provides good viewing conditions, reduces noise emissions and allows excellent accessibility.
