Wheelchair and bed

This new product was designed to help disabled people move themselves from the bed to their wheelchairs by themselves, without falling and incurring needless injury. The wheelchair can be drawn right up under the bed and then a portion of the bed is raised to allow the user to slide into the wheelchair while it is fastened securely in position. This gives the disabled more confidence and greater independence with their own mobility. Once the bed section is folded back down, the unit can be used in the same way as a regular bed.
