Kanto Chemical brightened the dark and unwelcoming office environment through the integrated louver façade. In laboratories where meticulous handling is required, this office design aimed to create an innovative workspace to relieve the stress and tension experienced by staff. The diagonal louvered PC panels effectively block direct sunlight, dispense with the need for blinds, and create open windows with vistas of the picturesque Tanzawa Mountain Range located north of the site. The soft indirect sunlight streams through the slats of the façade, creating a naturally comfortable work environment.
