Mitsuyoshi is a ramen brand co-founded by two masters of ramen, XU Ji and Mizuhara Hiromi, whose other two restaurants received Bib Gourmands in the Tokyo Michelin Guide. Mitsuyoshi Ramen in China builds a brand visual system with "fusion" at its core, committed to bringing new dining experiences for consumers in the current quick-fix food culture in China, and bringing spiritual comfort through food in a more immersive manner.
