ABUS provides industrial video surveillance at the Ellerdonk Gravel Plant

Gravel and sand are used on construction sites but also as an addition in tooth paste, cleaning products, and cosmetics. But where does the resource stem from? Gravel plants dig up stone from up to 30 meters depth and process them to industrially usable gravel. The production lines that transport the stones are under close surveillance: If foreign matter is not detected, the product quality decreases. Therefore, the team of the Ellerdonk gravel plant relies on ABUS cameras to quickly detect disruptive elements.
