Designed for the high demand of space saving in small kitchen, the demographic change to more and more single households and last but not least for energy saving reason, ahackenberg created an entire series of single small kitchen appliances. From a 0,8 liter kettle to a one slot toaster all the way to a "single cup" drip coffee machine and a two-egg boiler, the designs were created to establish a new family language for this fresh and innovative field of small kitchen appliances. Since then ahackenberg created three more generations of additional Küchenminis products. The products have been awarded with a RedDot Design Award in 2014.
