Vitens mobile booster

Awards: iF Product Design Award; Best of Category, I.D. Annual Design Award, New York. Mobile water pump station for the supply of drinking water, designed by Alfred van Elk for Vitens water company (formerly WMN) at Well Design. The essence of the product is expressed by the curved walls and convex doors, which give a feel of boosting power. At the same time the curved walls help reducing internal noise. Hygiene and purity have been visually implemented into the design by using clean, clear shapes and bright colors.
