Atmotube, Wearable Air Quality Monitors
Atmotube is a line of portable air quality monitors launched in 2015. It tracks the most harmful air pollutants such as PM1, PM2.5, PM10, VOCs and has a built-in weather station. A companion mobile app provides real-time data on the air quality of the immediate surroundings, analyzes exposure to polluted air, and notifies the user if the air is unsafe to breathe. A global air quality map with contributions from user data is available through the app as well. Atmotube is set out to serve as a personal air quality coach by educating users on how to maintain safe indoor and outdoor air quality levels and by improving people’s wellbeing.
