After five years of inactivity, in June 2017, the Busscar brand (with over 78 years of tradition) and its production assets were acquired by the Caio Induscar group. With its manufacturing plant in Joinville, Busscar offers its customers a wide range of products for road transport, charter, and tourism companies, for both the domestic and international markets. In May 2023, it launched the first bus family of the "New Busscar", NB1, reflecting the essence of innovation, grandeur and robustness.
