The development of the NESCAFÉ® Milano 2.0 coffee machine marks the leap into the era of the “Internet of Things” for Nestlé Professional Beverages – at designaffairs we assumed the conceptual design, transfer and implementation of the machine and stirred up the conventional coffee market in the commercial sector with an exciting innovation: The NESCAFÉ® Milano 2.0 is connected to a software and service infrastructure via GSM and the internet, allowing a single machine or even an entire “machine network” to be configured and serviced in real-time.
