The Caballero Factory, housed in the building of a former tobacco company, contains offices and studios for small, starting companies in the fields of ICT, media and culture. The city of Den Haag, owner of the building, wanted a social building where networking is easily possible. A smart spactial concept stimulates creative and innovative business.
