Promote SRHR as human rights

The project will leverage a collaborative approach to improve the health and wellbeing of Ready Made Garment (RMG) workers in Bangladesh through inclusive Business practices across the RMG value chain RMG sector is a key contributor to the economic growth of Bangladesh. It employs about 4.2 Million workers which 60% are women. Workers lack proper knowledge about Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) practices. Lack of availability and accessibility of affordable sanitary products complicate this problem further. To improve the situation, IACIB designed the inclusive MHM model. It is also engage to build awareness on MHM inside factories.
