Patient Treatment Assistance Progamme (PTAP) Grants Presentation at Asokoro Hospital - April 2021
PTAP Grant Presentation to Adewumi Theresa Joy, a year eight month old Cerebral Palsy patient at Asokoro District Hospital, Abuja, Nigeria. She was born with a deformed leg and diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at birth. Since her medical condition can only be managed and not cured, this has had a major effect on the parents' meager income. The PTAP initiative was established to support vulnerable children whose parents are unable to foot their medical bills due to lack of funds. Joy is one of the beneficiaries.
