Plant technology (Phytoremediation)

Aria uses plant’s phytoremediation properties which eliminate contaminants in soils, water, or air. The process of phytoremediation, purifying the air by absorbing heavy metals with the plant’s root system, toxic substances, viruses and bacteria. The waste absorption/elimination reaction takes place at the root surface. Research conducted by NASA shows that phytoremediation is a very effective method of air treatment, especially in combination with an activated carbon filter. A special zeolite and substrate soil is used that has the ability to trap nitrogen impurities which expels viruses, odors and bacteria.
