Radio programs for solving water crisis in rural
Currently the organization is running the radio program called Sauti Yangu (My Voice). The uses of voice for development agendas. The aim of this project is to engage citizens, amplify their voices and hold government accountable for solving water crisis in rural areas. We visits villagers who walked up to 5 km to access water that was often dirty, diseased, or dangerous to access because government water sources were broken or unavailable. Our recent report at Mswaha village has caused Ministry of Water announced a fund worth 500 USD Million for solving water challenges. The project is expected to benefit 600,000 citizens.
