The MAKK is the only museum of its kind in North-Rhine Westphalia. Located in the heart of Cologne, with a view of the Cathedral’s twin towers, since 1989, the museum has been exhibiting its comprehensive collections from 800 years of European arts and crafts, as well as a jewellery collection going back 5,000 years. Providing a tour through the centuries, visitors can experience the artistic wealth of different eras and styles.
