Community Empowerment through Organic Farming

Indigenous communities in rural Uganda are using practical skills and knowledge gained from organic farming trainings organized and facilitated by Mutyaba Paul in collaboration with other professionals to grow and produce a variety of organic vegetables, foods and fruits for human consumption and for commercialization. Community people are able to get enough food to eat as well as earn an extra income to meet other basic necessities of life such as education, medical care, clothing, housing among others. The indigenous people work in groups this affords them to produce large quantities of organic vegetables, foods and fruits.
