A Kamakura villa, rest in front yard and stroll a courtyard The front garden was planned to preserve the pine trees and stone walls of the ancient city of Kamakura, blending Kamakura's historic and natural scenery with the new building giving the guest room veranda’s a sense of coziness and permeability. The timber cladded courtyard creates an alley-like approach, this space invites greenery and plants to grow and gives a natural colour to the living-room-like lobby where time flows leisurely. The result is a hotel where guests can truly appreciate the essence of Kamakura, while feeling at home and experiencing the four seasons.
