Lodge/Tea shop/Home-stay Management (hygiene and sanitation, hospitality etc.): current lodges are primitive, with limited food selections, therefor need proper training for local people for basic tourists facilities. Outcomes A highly successful program in other regions of Nepal that would be developed in Makalu-Barun region also.
