Honeywell - Smart Gas Detection
Design Partners collaborated with Honeywell to design two new entry-level multi-purpose gas detectors for use in industrial and commercial environments. The project objective was to create a unique, smart, low-cost gas detector in two distinct forms; XRL, which needed to meet the demanding safety and technical standards of industrial environments, and XCL, designed to complement the aesthetic and architectural qualities of commercial interiors. Through the inclusion of smart connectivity, the XRL and XCL are an integrated part of a facility management ecosystem rather than just standalone devices.
