Plastic Water
The Plastic Water ball is a 60 mm diameter PET solid foam ball, which is made using injection molding. By adjusting the concentration of foaming agent, the finished product density is slightly less than water density (the total volume of bubbles generated by the foaming agent is about the size of a 40 mm diameter sphere). The size was determined to ensure that it would be large enough so that it won't be swallowed by kids and yet small enough to keep the single sphere as light as possible.
