From weather observation to the forecast / Lindenberg Weather Museum
Weather has always fascinated people and influenced their lives. As early as centuries ago, popular meteorology derived its origin from weather observation. Due to its long-standing ties to the history of meteorology, the Lindenberg Weather Museum pursues its important mission to teach about the complex subject of weather. The new permanent exhibition encourages visitors to fathom the mysteries of weather and to understand the intricate dynamics of weather parameters. It helps them experience at first hand the development of meteorology from the first weather observations to how weather parameters are measured right up to weather forecasting.
