The wgn is a charitable housing cooperative, which promotes long term cooperative housing construction in various ways: It develops plots and builds affordable housing. Additionally it administers real estate and takes on the facility management for other cooperatives. Wgn pursues holistic core values: Housing for everyone is a condition for societal cooperation, their dedication for it a sign of solidarity. SUAN concentrated these strategic reflections, which were developed together with the customer, and created an integral corporate design – meeting the values of the cooperative and putting people at the heart of it all.
