TAKANORI URATA DESIGN INC.

Born in 1974, Takanori Urata graduated from the Living Design Department of Kuwasawa Design School in 1996. After working at Tokujin Yoshioka Inc. in 2002, he established Takanori Urata Design Office in 2010. In 2014, he also founded the outdoor brand sunsetclimax. He currently serves as a part-time lecturer at Kuwasawa Design School. major awards include the Good Design Award (Japan), DFA Asia Design Award (Hong Kong), iF Design Award (Germany), A' Design Award (Italy) ,and others.
