Tang Sung Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.

Tang Sung Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. attempts to recreate the poetic living environment of the Eastern Belle Epoque from thousand-years ago in a contemporary setting. Our buildings represent a tribute to the exploration and practice of traditional spirit by the modern population. Although limited by the restraints of urban spacing, this building still manages to create a sense of “living in nature” and “hidden within the city”, also showing a sense of Eastern charm and temperament.

Design Statement

For the project ,the architectural and interior design concepts originate from Song Huizong(1082–1135)of the Northern Song Dynasty in China. Tang-Dynasty-Style-Room and Song-Dynasty-Style-Room are based on Court Ladies Preparing Newly Woven Silk by Song Huizong and"Ding Ware", which was Famous Kilns of the Song Dynasty(960-1279). The public space includes two activity areas, the residents may appreciate paintings, Calligraphy, tea by Song Huizong's artworks.
