And that's exactly our aim: to develop enduring products that reliably support all outdoor fans and friends of nature on every tour. It's not without reason that the bison is our company emblem. And TATONKA is the word for bison in the language of the Sioux Indians. It not only symbolises strength, dynamism and freedom. The placid vegetarian represents a life in harmony with nature and reminds us that we should be treating nature with respect. This is why we see the bison as a constant and trusty companion. A companion for life. TATONKA is a leading manufacturer of outdoor equipment: backpacks, tents and functional clothing and is highly regarded worldwide. There are 60 employees working at the German headquarters (Dasing). For many years, the production work has been carried out in Vietnam under the guidance of strict quality, social and sustainable management.
