Design Statement

The Tianjin Art Museum, a landmark of the city of Tianjin, is one of the most modern museums in China. Stressing its architectural purism, the signage design uses simple boxes, with the idea of creating transparency and setting clear priorities in these public spaces. The special font used on the boxes fits well with the atmosphere of this modern art museum. For ecological purposes, the signage system was designed with a 3form Chroma renewable matte, as it helps reduce carbon consumption.
