On the ground floor, the standout feature is the outdoor area with a pool and barbecue, seamlessly integrated with the indoor living space and home theater, along with a spacious gourmet kitchen. The first floor includes five suites, an airy hallway, another home theater, and an office. The rooftop offers a multifunctional space with a lounge for entertaining and two enclosed offices.
