Yes 4 Growth programme
The Yes 4 Growth programme contributed to increasing access to education and improving economic empowerment of women and girls in Bangladesh. The programme addressed issues related with the status of women and girls, lack of skilled labour, and urban poverty. From 2016-20 the programme has provided second chance education to 69,068 students maintaining gender parity, vocational skills training to 69,663 youth, job-placement and apprenticeship services to 47,407 vocational training graduates, sensitized 1,448,076 community people to promote rights to education and employment and contributed to institutional policies for future sustainability.
