UDL Mooncake
UDL has designed mooncake for 5 years. We regularly research and publish design proposals for new areas. This is the Workshop where we put our design concept into the theme around us, make it into concrete examples that are easy to understand and publish. "Food Design" is one of them. Mooncake was chosen because it plays the dual role of the nation's ancient culture and the modern urban culture. We investigate, define, invent, design, and build them from the ground up in the way we do projects. The width of the amplitude between the old and the new culture creates the possibility and space for new design.
